Descripción:
Carroll D. Wright served as the President of Clark College, Worcester, Massachusetts. He formed the opinion that there was a definite need for industrial training in the public school systems to prepare students for work in different shops. He was also the first U.S. Commissioner of Labor from 1885 to 1905.
