David approached Keith about paying off the unsecured student loan debt. Keith explained that David did not understand the situation and that he paid for other things such as Katina's apartment and the wedding(which was 4 years after the loan). Whenever David asked "and what about the money that wasn't spent on Katina?" Keith replied that it was none of his business. David finished the conversation with the question "when would they pay off the student loan debt?" and Keith replied that they needed to wait 2 months to take a loan out against Carisa's 401K because they recently had some activity on the 401k that made them wait. David said that he did not have any respect for Keith for what he did and Keith responded with that he had no respect for David.
