Reimann places a microscopic flux bender chip in a neuron in her frontal lobe to see how it'll adapt. She is then the second person to be transported to Isakia as she falls asleep and starts dreaming, activating the chip and taking her to the Northern Plain.
After falling asleep again in Isakia, she is taken back to Earth and realizes her discovery.
