Was a war between the Roman Republic and several cities and tribes in Italy. They were allies, but wanted the Roman Citizenship and the right to vote at Rome itself. The war resulted in Roman victory, however, Rome granted Roman Citizenship to all its Italian allies to avoid another costly war.
