Hetepsejemuy was the first pharaoh of the II dynasty of Egypt; reigned c. 2828-2800 B. c. Its name means "The two powers are at peace", which seems to allude to the termination of the struggles between Lower Egypt and Upper Egypt (12 Mai 2828 Jahr v. Chr. – 10 März 2800 Jahr v. Chr.)
