Beschreibung:

The Green Revolution saved millions of lives in developing countries by providing easier and plentiful access to crops through new fertilizers and pesticides. This helped feed the rapidly growing population. The Green Revolution also led to pollution in soils due to all the pesticides though which is still affects the soil today.
