Martin Luther was a prominent figure in the Protestant Reformation of the 15th and 16th centuries. He was the catalyst of it, publishing his famous work “Ninety-Five Theses” in which he explained everything that was wrong with the church, and how to do it the right way (Protestantism/Lutheranism). More than half of the U.S.’ population identify as Protestant.
