Qing Dynasty (1 Jan 1644 Jahr – 1 Jan 1911 Jahr)
Beschreibung:
The Qing Dynasty ruled over China from 1644 to 1911. Originating from Manchu origins, the Qing dynasty tried their best to keep their control over the Chinese people by keeping Chinese traditions in-tact. Under the Qing Dynasty, the population tripled, as did the size of the land held by the Dynasty. During this period, China experienced a kind-of Golden Age, thanks to new crops, a growing economy, and the improvement of old art forms. The Qing Dynasty is important because it was the only time that China was ruled by people other than the Hans, showing that even a non-Han group was able to successfully run China for a long period of time.
