EXTREMEThe Oipentian Civil War was a war between Eastern and Western Oipienta with the two sides being the Western Oipentian Lords and the Eastern Royalists. The Civil War began because King Bekuiya Karmena raised taxes so he could construct a new palace near Kueplios. Evidently, Oipenta went bankrupt.
