InteliTrac was part of a team that created a new architecture, enterprise workflow management, content management, and database system for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).This resulted in a fundamental redesign of patent processing and USPTO operations. The new architecture supports thin-client, remote-hosted applications. We balanced technical and visual functionality to create system interfaces that are operational, usable, and adaptable to user needs and changing agency infrastructure.
