from 9-23 C.E Han dynasty China had an itermediate period from uprisings due to an unequal distribution of land and wealth. The decline of the Han dynasty lasted for 200 years and then the nomadic invaders called the Huns later pushed germanic invaders into rome leading to the destablement of Rome in 476.
