Hellaňëṡa Karmen claimed the Oipientian throne based on the basis of a false promise made by Anskew to Hellaňëṡa. He was supported by the Western Oipientian lords and formed the Kingdom of Sovapenta.
Halder Karmen claimed the throne based on the premis of Kaeserëlar the Third not being mentally able to rule. He claimed this as Kaeserëlar was known for having random seizures. Halder had the support of the Southern Lords, most notably House Velkmen. He formed the Kingdom of Ipapenta
