As the Growth lead for Zoona, a financial services provider in Zambia, Malawi and
Mozambique providing banking services to the unbanked - including remittances,
mobile wallets, p2p and p2b payments, microcredit and savings, my role is to
determine the factors affecting customer growth and retention, development of
features to ensure financial inclusivity, growth-centric design thinking, and an
efficient pipeline for user-centric engineering.
