Francisco Vázquez de Coronado (22 Sept 1540 Jahr – 7 März 1542 Jahr)

Coronado was an explorer for Spain. He was the first to discover the buffalo (besides the native Americans). He also found many native American tribe and villages in his time exploring the land. He is also well known for crossing the panhandle of Texas and for calling it "The Sea of Grass". In his time exploring he brought back the information of the fact that there was no 7 cities of gold. ( this saved later explorers lots of time that would have been wasted)
