Kronstadt sailors had been supporters of the October Revolution and heroes of the July Days.
Many had been killed in the Civil War, but were largely the same sailors.
-Mutinied, demanding civil rights and multi-party democracy.
-Marshal Tukhavesky sent to deal with them; 10000 Red Army troops died in the process.
