Beschreibung:

The Sasanian Empire from Persia was invaded by the Arab Islamic army under the Rashidun Caliphate. Muslim army/ Caliphate wanted to expand after the death of Muhammad PBUH. Persia and the Sasanian Empire were seen as a major regional power. At the time the Persian empire was weak militarily and politically so the Arab Muslim army saw the opportunity to conquer those lands.
