Screen landed on grass
I landed on driveway below (13 feet)
Mishelae and Michelle where on swing set in front yard and watched the whole thing
Neil in garage saw it
Jenny called 911
Several police, fire, and ambulance vehicles showed up
Family was interviewed
(Matt was asleep and they woke him up)
I was ambulanced to American Fork Hospital and Life-flighted to Primary Children's Hospital
Burr Hole
Intubated
PICU for 3 days, Regular room for 3 days
Discharged
