Battle of Ayn Jalut Mamluks Vs Mongols (3 Sept 1260 Jahr – 10 Sept 1260 Jahr)

The battle of Ayn Jalut took place on September 3rd 1260 near the Spring of Ayn Jalut(Palestine). This battle was between the Mamluk Sultanate in Egypt led by sayf al din Qutuz (Mamluk sultan) and the Mongolian army led by Kitbuga.
The Mongolian army had taken control over Syria and Iraq which had led them to take control over Egypt next. The Khan of the mongols had demanded that the Mamluks accept the Mongolian control but Qutuz refused, gathered his army and marched to the Mongolian army in Palestine.
