Romanian Heilig, cousin of Saistriach takes the throne after a period of struggle, beginning the Borean Line where the power base was located in the Duchy of Borea. During this short period, the Kingdom entered a new era of prosperity and expansion, starting with the reign of Romanian who created new financial legislation and enacted trade regulation designed to help Heilig recover from the invasion as well as strengthen the power of his home duchy.
