涿郡人，三国时期蜀汉重臣，车骑将军张飞次子。
刘禅在位时期，官拜侍中、尚书仆射，继承西乡侯爵位。景耀六年（263年），蜀汉灭亡，张绍与邓良奉刘禅之命向魏将邓艾献上降书。次年，曹魏封张绍为列侯。
