OhioGlobus5404 wanted to build much new things in the Holy Mountainarian Empire. But this required new land. It was hard to convince InfinityZoom187 to do this expansion, but at the end he agreed and started to expand the state 200 blocks into the west (ocean not included so its more like the north-west). It took pretty long because the expansion immeditaly went with building infrastructure and the first houses. The fixed border was set much later after the start due to this
