The fire war was started when The Union launched its weapons of mass destruction at its enemies because of their loss in the war. Every nation of the planet fired its weapons permanently scarring the planets surface.During the rain of fire, The Union managed to invade the mainland UDC, where the two nations fought one last time in their dying breath. Eventually the two armies disbanded and stopped fighting due to lack of supplies and morale.
Other nations sent aid in some form to the UDC and started fighting among themselves, but no army was organized enough to manage an official war front operation.
