The 2nd Mountainarian kingdom founded because on piece of territory remained after the mountainarian coreland got conquered. When flavius II died, the mountainarians crowned Henry II to their new king. They also changed the flag back to the old kingdoms flag. It got disolved when it conquered sirengrad and founded the 2nd mountainarian empire.
