Jehoiachin did evil before the Lord just like his father had. During the 8th year of his reign Jehoiachin was taken prisoner by Nebuchadnezzar. The fact that Jehoiachin's life was preserved points to salvation in Jesus even when you are a sinner.2 kings 24: 12
In the eighth year of the reign of the king of Babylon, he took Jehoiachin prisoner.
