The Solar System, despite being utterly ravaged by the wars of the 24th and 25th centuries soon began to rebound, with billions of sophonts moving to their antient homeworlds. The Solar System had finally reclaimed its place as the most populated system in human space, leading to it fighting a war against the increasingly heavy handed Ashirans over control of the Federation. Earth and Luna were home to many Ashiran facilities, and as such there was a lot of heavy fighting on the planet.
