It views organizations as "communities" in which employees and managers should work in harmony. It does not recognize a domination between the two parties, and encourages the freedom to solve conflicts through conversing. It views these communities as a place where individuals could completely employ their talents and abilities to achieve the a greater good. It believes that it is the manager's duty to encourage cooperation bewtween employees and ensure shared interests.
