Igarashi Hiroyuki (五十嵐広行), better known by his stage names HIRO and EXILE HIRO, is a Japanese producer, business man and former performer. He is the founder, leader and a retired member of EXILE, and a former member of the coed group ZOO.

HIRO is the founder and former president of the agency LDH. Currently, he is active as the CCO of LDH WORLD.

He is also the chief creative advisor of D.LEAGUE, Japan's first professional dance league.
