Following WW1 all hobos were ordered to return to Hobotn, which would be put on lockdown for a decade, with not a soul allowed to leave.

During this time, the fallen were mourned, several were declared traitor, accounts were given to formulate a detailed record of exactly what happened to cause such a tragedy, plans were formed for possible doomsday events, and in order to avoid a worst case scenario hobo kind would stay out of any future global conflict.
