Beschreibung:

The Pre-Classical yoga period refers to the historical evolution of yoga, which spans from the Shamanic era all the way to the beginning of the Classical Yoga era, just before the composition of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. The first reference to Yoga comes from the Indus Valley where the Pashupati seals were found, illustrating yoga posistions.
