Oipienta claimed that the Kisan Haddakuist Socialist State was rightfully Sadonian territory and that the Saurian Union was commiting atrocities on the islands.

After news got out of that the Saurian Union was intentionally starving and killing the native Kisan people in the K.H.S.S., people around Yueroki began to protest against the genocide. Mass appeal in Oipienta regarding the genocide prompted Ṡĩvgalè Pilub Alňõ of Oipienta to send Oipientian soldiers to liberate the Kisan people in Kisa. Oipienta had explained that they sent troops into Kisa becasue they saw the island as rightfully belonging to Sadon and that the UHSR was occupying it illegally.

The conflict was short lived and only included the Invasion of the Kisan Islands and the Seiges of Kamivek, Pogase, and Otesal. There were only around 144 casualties with Oipienta suffering from 16 killed, 34 injured, and 4 missing. with a total of 54 casualties total. The UHSR had a total of 88 casualties (19 killed, 31 injured, 8 missing, and 30 captured) and Sadon had 2 killed accidentally during the Siege of Otesal. Oipienta sent in 300 troops and the UHSR had a total of 330 troops on the island.

The conflict impacted the relationship between Oipienta and the UHSR which eventually led to the culmination of the 5th Hells War. As the Northern Alliance (military alliance between the Greater Fevak Commonwealth and the UHSR) was created against the might and influence of Oipienta.
