Originally a civil war that was sparked by the election of the House of Klaripenat to the Eastern Oipientian Duchy. The two sides, the Klaripenats and the Viheps went to war with each other. The Kingdom of Oipenta supported the Klaripenats while the Kingdom of Iopo supported the Viheps. The conflict eventualyl led to the Second Oipenti-Io.

House Klaripenat victory
The House of Klaripenat won the war and secured their rule of the Eastern Duchy of Oipenta. The House of Vihep was exiled to Iopo. However, the House of Vihep would later return as the House of Valcor in the coming years starting Rílen's Rebellion.
