Isaiah Bradley was in prison for 30 years during the Korean War, during which he was experimented on by the US government in attempts to understand why the super soldier serum worked for him.
Isaiah says he "met" Bucky Barnes as the Winter Soldier in 1951 on a mission, and that he was in prison for 30 years. No other dates are given so i will use '51 as a start year for his time in prison
