The reign of King Charles I (28 März 1625 Jahr – 30 Jan 1649 Jahr)

after Charles's disappointment of a father, he wanted to get straight in and start a war with Spain to show his power. not James wasn't meant to be king it was actually his brother then was meant to be king so we can't blame him for all of his decisions because he didn't have any of the training for it now with James's time on the throne he didn't get enough money from Parliament to start his war so he started to create more laws and taxes to increases money to start a war. also Charles was one of the main reasons why he started the civil war with having a disagreement always with Parliament. this was because he beeived in arminiamism having the king GOD so he could do what he likes.
