Originally a civil war that was sparked by the election of the House of Klarïpïnä to the Haipyenta Duchy. The two sides, the Klarïpïnäs and the Vihepas went to war with each other. The Kingdom of Oipenta supported the Klarïpïnäs while the Kingdom of Iopo supported the Vihepas. The conflict eventually led to the Second Oipenti-Io through the involvement of the son of the Iopon Emperor killing the son of Lord Klarïpïnä.

The House of Klarïpïnä won the war and secured their rule of the Eastern Duchy of Oipenta. The House of Vihepa was exiled to Iopo. However, the House of Vihepa would later return as the House of Valcor in the coming years starting Rílen's Rebellion.
