Pilub Alňõ was an Eastern Oipientian politican who fought in the 4th Hells War. He saw horrible atrocities committed by the Velzen Army while he was a prisoner of war. This led him to depressive ideas to which he found comfort in the Oipientian Fascist Party. Pilub moved from his hometown to Kueplios to work for the party in 1927 and he quickly rose through the ranks because of his great oration skills and loveable personality. He met with Focof before he became the leader of the party and the two instantly became great friends. Pilub was chosen as Jaxek's right hand man in the party. When Focof's manifesto was published in 1931, Pilub studied it extensively and memorized it entirely. However, during his own tsivgaleploi, Pilub tended to implement a slightly softer version of Focofian fascism and allowed for free, multi-party elections to continue.

Pilub was inaugurated after Jaxek was assassinated. Pilub was his vice president. He won the 1937 election. He also started killing Oipientian anarchists and banned anarchist ideas spreading through meetings, books, and speeches. He was reelected in 1942 primarily with the popularity boost from lifting the ban on automobiles.

As Alňõ became Tsĩvgalè right in the middle of the Liopon Annexation War, he was thrown into the middle of debates about what to do with Liopo.
