Erwin Schrodinger (Austria) (1 Jan 1887 Jahr – 1 Jan 1961 Jahr)

Beschreibung:

He created a theory of the movement of the electron in an atom to be a wave. His theory came at time around when Heisenberg’s had as well, and thus they were competing. Many preferred Schrodinger’s because it could be visualized, unlike Heisenberg’s strictly mathematical approach. He ended up proving that both of their theories were identical, just expressed in different ways.

Going off of Bohr’s model, he created a more detailed picture of atomic structure using mathematical equations.
