After the death of his cousin, Iro Valcor, Toven was proclaimed King of Oipientia. While being 16 years old at the time of his ascension, he was widely disliked by the public for just letting the Kuepliot Volvekeshka Fever Outbreak of 1004 die out by itself.

Toven Valcor invited Rikjoert Karmæn to Kueplios to lessen the rivalry and soften the tensions between the two houses. However, during Rikjoert's visit, he assassinated Toven during the dinner of the second night. Rikjoert told Toven right before killing him, "Time has been in favor to neither the Valcors or the Karmæns. However, my dear brother, no god will stop what I have planned for you tonight. The reign of the devil goat is over and the rebirth of the serpent shall begin. I am not sorry that you will never hold a son in your arms and I will hear the cries you make as you heard all of our cries." After Rikjoert said this, he grabbed Toven by the head and rammed his dagger into his forehead, then he bashed Toven's head into the table five times. After an hour passed, Rikjoert proclaimed himself King of Oipientia and the King of the Oipientians at around 8:30 PM.
