"Hello,

Nir called in regarding SSID imports for their district and was wondering why he received an error while attempting this. He did find out that there was a blank file he attempted to upload and may caused that issue.

He also asked about what the upload will overwrite and asked about EO and students who don't have that yet to see if there's a way to find more about that.

I will attach a KB article speaking about SSID imports and wanted to move this case your way as the trainer. The district is still in implementation. They may still have state reporting training under passport so I wasn't 100% sure if this was something you will do for them or help them with."
