France and Russia form an alliance (1 Jan 1891 Jahr – 31 Dez 1894 Jahr)

In 1891, France and Russia first had contact and continued talking until in 1894 the negotiations were finished and all the alliances needed were formed. The alliance itself was formed in 1892.
From now own the were secret allies, so when a World War would break out they would support each other.
