This is Germany's Empire. Germany likes the Panther (on their stamps etc) - same animal as the Leopard with a different skin colour

The 4 wings could be the 2 sets of wings of the Germany national symbol of the Eagle and the French national symbol of the Gallic Rooster


The EU Empire and kingdom of the Leopard will come to an end.....because of debt. Just like the previous 2 empires and beasts.
