During the Stifter Term, massive reforms of the government and distribution of power were undertaken. Former President Jacob Dittmer had lost the majority of his power and the Covenant was also nearing its end. The Stifter Term was marked by the continuation of the COVID-19 Pandemic and the loss of public interest by members. This uninterest led to President Stifter dissolving the nation.
