The Tsĩvgalèploi term of Tiglan Fesbotinee. Tiglan moved to the new Oipientian Republic just at the start of the 1815 Rebellion. He ran for President of Oipienta in 1826 and won the election even though he wasn't a native-born Oipientian. He lied about being native-born, a crime punishable by exile. However, Tiglan was involved in one of the biggest Oipientian financial scandals in history. Tiglan took 400,000 Inyarts a month to pay Duyavarmin forces not to murder him or his family because of his betrayal to his home country. He was later exiled due to his fake identity and was exiled to the Muesceian island of Arilia. Tiglan eventually escaped the island and moved back to Berra Balda but his life was brought to the end when Duyavarmin assassins killed him at the age of 76 because of his betrayal to his country during the 1815 Rebellion.
