The Tsĩvgalèploi term of Rikjoert Piñgov.

Ṕíngov was the first Tsĩvgalè to die in office. He died due to lung cancer. His cousin took control of Oipienta until his term officially ran out. His death sparked a debate over the succession of the Ṡĩvgaňuta. The main debate was over whether it should be given to a family member or to the VP or another elected officialchosen by the Council of Lords post mortem. The choice to give it to the VP was made into law in the 1860s with the Presidential Succession Law after the death of Tsĩvgalè Íngodx Hoitho.

He fought in the last years (1741-1742) of the Great Javician Civil War.
