Quartering Act (5 Mai 1765 Jahr – 1 Jan 1770 Jahr)

Beschreibung:

The Quartering Act required the colonials to make barracks for British soldiers, and if they were too small the soldiers could choose to stay in barns inns or even the colonials houses. This was important because the British put this burden onto the colonists when they don't have the right to. This angered the colonists even more, after already being upset from the sugar act. It was an invasion of privacy.
