The Sheikah reappear. They were instructed by the Goddess to help her descendants once they reach the surface to build a civilization.

The Sheikah work closely with the Nation of Hylia. They act as advisors.They are also building a mechanical army using Timeshift stones. In fact, it is believed that during the whole of the Sky era since the founding of Skyloft, the Sheikah were constructing their mechanical army to gift to the Hylians once they came back.
