It also created the Council of Trent which came together to find out how to stop the spread of protestantism and ultimately THEY DID NOTHING TO CHANGE DESPITE NUMEROUS SUGGESTIONS OF THINGS TO CHANGE By Wyclif, Hus, Luther, erasmus, Zwingli, Knox, etc.
