"Welcome to the new and revitalized Beep Bishop!

This time around we'll be doing things a little bit differently. Here's what all will be changing:
-Challenges are gonna start on the first of every month, and end on the last day.
-Results will then be released within the first week of the next month
-The community also gets a say in the judging! more on that below

So the weekly thing didn't exactly pan out. It didn't always have a lot of participation, and because of the amount of ideas needed, that created large hiatuses. This time what we're doing differently is having the challenges last for an entire month. We really hope that this ups, both the amount of people participating, and the quality of beeps submitted!

Because we're giving each challenge a month, the results will be coming the first week of the following month. This is so that and entire month can be dedicated to a challenge, and not just the first 2/3ds of a month.

Lastly, we're going to be giving you, the ability to have your opinions heard! It'll work like this:
We'll have a judges panel which will account for half of the overall score, and we'll have a form where the community as a whole will submit their opinions, and count as the other half of the score. Then we'll average out the two scores, and the result will be the final score for the submissions."
