As you can see from this picture it lookes like the croc today it has a face of a gharial and the body of a modern croc. This was in the same area a the past ancestor was just better adapted to the mushy swaps like the modern crocodiles. Just by looking at this ancestor you could immediately see that it look like a crocodile well that's because it is, from the jaw to the elongated tail and the bumps and grooves on its skin, also where the limbs are placed.Zugefügt zum Band der Zeit:
