Magic begins to decline, many temples were destroyed in the conflict and with government regulations, it is almost impossible to study and practice magic. There are communities around the nation that do practice magic and have secluded themselves from humans. Magic thrives in those communities but they are rooted out by the new government's hunters and the witches are executed.
