The Runaway Scrape (11 März 1836 Jahr – 21 Apr 1836 Jahr)

Beschreibung:

After word of the Alamo from roughly March 11- April 21, 1836, Sam Houston and his troops along with a lot of Texan families started to leave Texas. Sam Houston ordered for Fannin to retreat from Goliad and hadn’t gotten word from him since. Sam Houston was retreating so that he could get time to gather his troops. This was known as the runaway scrape.
